Symanto offers individual endpoints for personality traits and communication style. These endpoints of ours enable you to a dynamic and a more actionable way of analysing data and people. By analysing the endpoint of personality traits, you’re provided with the two dimensions/insights about a person’s way of decision making, thus, whether a person is a more rational or emotional.

When it comes to analysing communication style, you’re provided with the insights on how a person builds their own opinion (whether through facts or experience). Furthermore, you’re provided with the insights into the communicational motivation of a person (if they are a more information seeking or an action seeking person). These two endpoints can be combined in order to e.g. come up with certain segments needed for messaging or targeting etc.

 

OCEAN traits can be analysed via the Big5 endpoint and MBTI traits can be analysed via Symanto Personality traits and Communication Style endpoints. DiSC type of analysis is not yet available. For custom developments, please reach out to us.
